We offer a 14 day return policy on any items that are not considered "custom made". If you're unhappy with your purchase or gift, reach out to us and we can setup the return. All items will be inspected upon return. Any items that are returned without the proper paperwork (certificates) or items that have been used, damaged or altered will not be honored. Rings, necklaces or bracelets that have been sized up or down are not returnable. Once we cut the item and size it appropriately, it is considered customized since it is specifically for you. Please keep this in mind before placing an order.
